The Federal Weather Service in Octovern City has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning, Flash Flood Warning for...
Southern December Oblast...

* Until 700 PM SDT.

* At 417 PM SDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Southtcliff
or 10 iles north of Taradiddles Coast moving north-west at 35 iph.
Radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the
warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...60 iph wind gusts and quarter size hail. Flash flooding
caused by thunderstorms. Gravitational Flux +/- 3.71 m/s².

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs and siding. Flash flooding of low lying areas, highways, streets,
underpasses and all canyons.

* Locations impacted include...
Warner Robins, Taradiddles Coast, Hopeland Orphanage, December
City, Fortson, Bibb Block, Sage's Vomit, Stinky Lakeside

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the second lowest floor
of a building. Turn around, don't drown when encountering floodwaters.
Water can kill you. Be aware of your surroundings and have an escape
route planned.

If you see wind damage...hail, flooding or unexplained anomalies...wait
until the storm has passed ...and then call the Federal Weather

Tessla would like to meet with the twins, which I will allow, it will do her good to spend time with plants nearer her age than myself. They are invited to visit.

However she finds the presence of humans intolerable; the invitation extends only to them.

While I'm very happy to let the children meet and I understand the circumstances, I'm sure you can realize that I have to know where and who I'm sending them to. They're young children and this world is acting very strange in so many ways already.

I would expect no less. Their safety is paramount. All three. And more if more appear.

Vash knows the way. I will pick them up myself if there is a lack of transportation. I am unwilling to reveal my home's location over the airwaves, one never knows who is listening.

For the safety of the aforementioned I will not provide my name. For your reassurance however, I very recently returned Vash to your care.

It makes her concerns a moot point; she's sure he wouldn't hurt himself or his little brother. ]

I do not currently have a vehicle, although I am searching for one. If you would be willing to pick up and return the boys, I'd be grateful.

I will drive then. It will take me a handful of hours from this point to arrive.

The sight of you does not disturb me. I would prefer to release them to a present being than merely assume someone is nearby.
[There would one day need to be a conversation. A true one, not the tinny artificial echo of a machine, but when even saying her presence doesn't bother him is a lie, it would have to wait until he could speak truth.]
