[ The feed turns on, sent without any security and to all channels, the voice already screaming even before the recording starts. ]

[ Something big crashes in the background and Vash snarls in rage, slamming his hand on the radio. ]

[ He'd slept through Rem's leaving, but there's no way he'd sleep through that kind of racket coming through the radio! He stumbles out of bed, completely missing Rem's note, and braces himself against the radio table, swallowing hard to try and stop from being sick again. Being sick sucks, but that sounds like a grown Vash, and he has to reply. ]

[ He's about to snarl again, but that's... a child. Insanity and parental instincts clash and Vash just ends up in a sob. ]

[ What happened to you is really what he wants to ask, but he definitely understands being worried about a missing loved one. Maybe this Vash is just saying violent things because he's scared? ]

There is one way to prove it. Let him grow up. Give him a few years. Then seek him out. He is not ready for the responsibility of the young ones, or are you too blind to see that?

If someone disappeared, it wasn't a human that did the disappearing, use your brain. I assume you have one by all the noise you're making. Humans can't do that yet.

Who is throwing a fit, Vash? Who would be invalidating his choices if he was the one who chose to leave, telling you or not?

Apparently they collectively decided something is more important than what you want. Maybe you should spend some time thinking about that instead of letting the entire planet eavesdrop on every single conversation you're having about it.
